The past decade has brought many changes in the way we conduct business and change seems to be happening at an increasingly accelerated rate.

CRE executives are increasingly faced with business change and its ensuing challenges - change in location,space, organization or workforce. Yet not all have the skills and experience in facilitating and managing change to ensure successful implementation.

This session will explore the why, what and how of workplace change and provide practical approaches to managing workplace change.

About the Speaker:
Susan Lim is responsible for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Workplace Strategy business for Asia Pacific, offering expertise on workplace strategy, change management, experience design and occupancy planning.

This practice seeks to add value to organisations, helping clients deliver on business objective through transforming work, optimising place and enhancing experience for people at work.

Susan brings over 20 years’ experience working with a diverse range of corporate, government, healthcare and learning environment clients across the region. With a background in design and change management, her interest lies in how the behaviour of people is influenced by their environment and the experience of place
over time and through change.
