This practice seeks to add value to organisations, helping clients deliver on business objective through transforming work, optimising place and enhancing experience for people at work. Susan brings over 20 years’ experience working with a diverse range of corporate, government, healthcare and learning environment clients across the region. With a background in design and change management, her interest lies in how the behaviour of people is influenced by their environment and the experience of place over time and through change.
