As we enter 2026, the CoreNet Global Singapore Chapter reflects a strong level of maturity, engagement, and regional impact. Today, the Chapter is widely recognised as one of the most active and most diversified chapters in APAC, representing a balanced community of end users across industries, service providers, advisors, academics, and industry partners—from emerging professionals to respected industry leaders.
True to its reputation, our little red dot continues to contribute meaningfully on the global stage through sustained participation, collaboration, and thought leadership.
With effect from 1 April 2026, the Chapter transitions into its next phase of leadership. We extend our sincere appreciation to our outgoing Chair, Sanjay Narang, and Treasurer, Cheryl Goh, for their dedication, stewardship, and invaluable contributions in building a strong and sustainable foundation for the Chapter. We are also pleased to welcome Anne Lau as Vice Chair and Shuchita Balasingam as Treasurer, as they join the Executive Board in advancing the Chapter’s continued growth.
Strategic Focus: 2026–2028
Looking ahead, the Chapter’s strategic focus will centre on:
- Deepening member value through relevant, high‑quality programming, professional development, and cross‑industry knowledge sharing
- Advancing thought leadership across corporate real estate, workplace strategy, sustainability, and talent development through research, publications, and forums
- Expanding diversified engagement across end users, service providers, academia, and emerging leaders to ensure inclusivity and long‑term relevance
- Strengthening partnerships with our sponsors, by delivering meaningful visibility, curated engagement opportunities, and clear value alignment—ensuring sponsorship remains strategic, impactful, and mutually beneficial
- Ensuring strong governance and leadership continuity through disciplined execution, succession planning, and financial stewardship
