MENTOR CONNECT
Started in 2020, Mentor Connect is CoreNet Global [Singapore Chapter]'s L&D programme that seeks to connect the real estate community in Singapore and provide opportunities to learn from each other over a five-month self-directed programme. Tertiary students (non-members included) are welcome to apply.
We have since had more than 30 successful mentor-mentee pairs.
PROGRAMME GOALS
1. Create networking opportunities among CoreNet Global [Singapore Chapter]'s members who are Corporate Real Estate (CRE) professionals and tertiary students interested in the CRE industry.
2. Create a learning & development culture that encourages mentorship within the CoreNet community.
3. Provide an opportunity to members to enhance their communications and interpersonal skills, and gain access to independent and objective perspectives.
