Voted Chapter of the Year in 2022 and recently again on October 2023, the Singapore Chapter is one of Asia's largest and most active chapters, with over 420 members coming from a mix of local and global organizations.
Singapore is increasingly becoming a centre for multinationals and major regional organisations to base their regional corporate real estate management and is likewise a hub for major real estate, property and commercial development companies. This naturally fuels a diverse, educated and active CRE industry, supported by CoreNnet Global and the local chapter through a rich calendar of events providing both learning and networking opportunities for members. In addition to the regular forums and networking sessions, the chapter also hosts site visits and an annual one-day Symposium, often attended by in excess of 100 people.
