In this role, he is based in Singapore and is responsible for real estate, construction and facility management strategy and operation.
Mok served for 10 years in a variety of senior management positions at multi-national technology companies. He was also previously Director of Workplace Solutions at Polycom Asia-Pacific for three years, where he successfully managed mergers and acquisition, re-structuring of asset, construction project and facility management of offices across Asia-Pacific region.

Mok has a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Newcastle, Australia and Master of Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global.



Erwin is the Head of Corporate Real Estate for DBS and passionate about how CRE can shape the Culture of the Bank. He manages over 4msqft of office, branches and ATMS worldwide and is proficient in all areas of Real Estate, transactions, Project management and Facilities management. He believes that the future of CRE lies in creating superior user experienced workspaces that improves how people work through strong data driven problem solving methods that can be enhanced through digital, robotic automation and thinking out of the box! Erwin is also a Global Board Member of Corenet Global and a loves music, photography and a Gamer!


Desmond has worked in Banking Institutes for the past 10 years managing their premises. 

Desmond join DBS in Q4 2013, heads the DBS FM Operations with Singapore FM Head and also advises Regional DBS CRESA teams on FM Strategy, Standards, and Engineering matters.


Evvanna Chua is Hub Leader for the team of transaction managers in Singapore for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services. Evvanna comes with an extensive background in corporate real estate, having spent more than ten years with IBM and Microsoft managing their corporate real estate in Asia Pacific as well as performing a service-provider role for other multi-national clients. She is also responsible for managing and developing client relationships for key regional corporate accounts across Asia Pacific. This also includes managing and ensuring effective service delivery across service lines to provide a seamless integrated solution and drive value for C&W clients.



A long term member of CoreNet Global and contributor to CoreNet Global’s Essential Guide to Corporate Real Estate, Anoma has spectacular exposure and understanding of international markets, current market trends, branding as well as a client’s business needs. These are strengths that support her role at Space Matrix. Her ability to create solutions and strategies in keeping with current and future workplace trends through her understanding of organisations and to their changing business needs makes her a key asset. She has an extremely demanding role where she leads the International Client Solutions team in the Asia-Pacific region.
An INSEAD business school alumni, Anoma initially trained as an architect in Mumbai. She believes that architecture is the foundation for all creative professions. She followed this up by becoming a LEED-AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional). Since then she never looked back. When Anoma moved to Singapore office in 2007, she had already run her own architecture, interior and graphic design practice in India, working on urban planning projects, research and with NGOs dealing with advanced locality management. As if that wasn’t enough, Anoma has also taught architecture at the university level and has authored numerous articles for international journals.  

Vikey Hogan

Vikey has recently expanded her expertise to Transaction & Lease Management. She manages one of most successful Singapore based Bank’s global portfolio.  She works closely with client and ensure they are presented latest PropTech available on the market to support client’s digital transformation objective.

Vikey acquired extensive experience of managing internal and external Senior stakeholders from previous in house CRE roles within Project & Design Management department also Workplace Strategy Services. She specialises in future-focused workplace solutions ensuring they remain affordable, flexible, and sustainable. She anticipate clients’ needs and translate into contemporary, innovative tailored-design solutions. She advised space planning solutions and coordinate country project managers and external consultants/ vendors to meet users’ space utilisation needs. She has proven track record of supporting Activity Based Working implementation and Change Management.

David has over 30 years’ experience delivering impactful global client solutions and is widely regarded as a leading authority in CRE outsourcing for multi-national corporations.

One of the early pioneers in the globalisation of real estate and facilities outsourcing, David has led multi-regional, multi-functional teams, aligning CRE solutions with wider business goals.

Working originally from the UK and now based in Singapore, he works with clients who are looking for a best practice solution to in-house delivery and outsourced services

Many companies face the challenge of centralising control for real estate decisions while ensuring consistent local service delivery across the region. David works closely with Asian and Asia-based clients to develop the best CRE delivery solution for their needs, recognising that one size does not fit all. 



Grit is currently working at JLL as Account Sales Director, PDS APAC.

She has a diverse background and is a global citizen with over 10 years of experience in commercial functions across Europe, MEA and Asia. Prior to joining JLL Grit worked for Interface as Global Account Director APAC, leading a team of Account Managers. She is an Account Management expert and has a strong conviction that the key to building and retaining clientele is engaging in rightful business practices keeping in view she has a background in US-FCPA and Due Diligence. Grit recently achieved her MCR designation.

Kenneth Teknion

Kenneth has 10 years of experience in contract furnishing  with various manufacturers local and abroad. Well versed in contractual knowledge and financial analysis, within the construction industry. With an eye for detail, Kenneth is meticulous in handling client requirements and manage their expectations of project deliveries. Armed with strong communication skills, he is able to communicate through all levels.

Being born and bred in Singapore, Kenneth has been exposed to a multi-cultural environment, giving him much success in his regional work.

Jessica heads up the Real Estate Transaction & Strategy group for United Technologies Corporation (UTC) in Asia Pacific. UTC is a global leader in building systems and aerospace industries, combining performance with innovation to create smart, sustainable solutions that help make cities greener, people more secure and travel more efficient. Head quartered in Connecticut and listed in the NYSE, UTC has over 190,000 employees in more than 180 countries. Managing a portfolio of 18Msft with a lean team of 5, Jessica has oversight on all real estate transactions across Asia Pacific. Prior to UTC, Jessica was Facility Manager for Quintiles SEA, Korea & Australasia. Jessica started her real estate career with the service providers and was an integral member of the Transaction Management team.”

Ms Sally Tan is the Deputy Chief Customer Solutions Officer, responsible for formulating and executing marketing and customer engagement strategies for the Ascendas-Singbridge Group. She also leads the Singapore Sales and Marketing team, which accounts for Assets under Management of more than SGD$11 billion.
Sally comes with extensive marketing experience in the real estate industry and was previously Deputy General Manager at Keppel Land for more than 11 years, contributing to many successful office and residential development projects in Singapore and Vietnam.
From 2001 – 2005, Sally held the position of Marketing Manager with JTC Corporation and was actively involved in seeding the early development of one-North and the Fusionopolis business park cluster. Prior to that, she had started her career with DTZ in the office leasing and transactions team.
Sally holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. She is also part of the CoreNet Global Singapore Chapter Committee since 2017.



Dr. Davin Wang is the Chief Data Officer at StreetSine Technology Group, a subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH). He was formerly a faculty member at the Department of Real Estate (DRE) in the National University of Singapore (NUS) and appointed research affiliate at the Institute of Real Estate Studies (IRES). Prior to academia, Dr. Wang held senior positions in both private and public firms such as Singapore Airlines (SIA) and the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore covering roles related to technology, real estate and investment. Current research collaborations with academia include topics on real estate finance, real estate technology applications and behavioral interventions.

For the past several years he has worked in finance roles, workplace services, procurement, innovation program management and last but not least corporate real estate services roles in the financial industry. His experience includes successfully creating innovative work spaces, transforming business services, starting new technology programs, and managing business turning profitable. He has gained experiences in Germany, the UK, China and Singapore. People find him being a trusted partner, leading with passion, and result-oriented entrepreneur. He is looking after the university relations as part of learning and development of Corenet Singapore. He enjoys the culinary Singapore as resident as well as various swim/ bike/ run challenges available in Singapore.


Adeline Elena Liew is Global Account Manager, APAC, at Interface’s office in Singapore. Working with the country managers in the region, she oversees 29 key global accounts and their strategic partnerships with Interface. As part of Interface’s Global and Strategic Business team, Adeline supports customer operations in over 20 countries, and spearheads business and strategic negotiations. Her keen interest in sustainability development and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has also led her to develop a system to increase the adoption of Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), which the United Nations (UN) have featured in their reports. Adeline is a passionate outdoors enthusiast, and enjoys scuba diving and canyoning whenever she can.
