Mok Weng-Yeong
Singapore Chapter Chair

Mok is Visa’s Director of Corporate Real Estate Services. In this role, he is based in Singapore and is responsible for real estate, construction and facility management strategy and operation.
Prior to joining Visa, Mok served for 10 years in a variety of senior management positions at multi-national technology companies. He was also previously Director of Workplace Solutions at Polycom Asia-Pacific for three years, where he successfully managed mergers and acquisition, re-structuring of asset, construction project and facility management of offices across Asia-Pacific region.

Mok has a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Newcastle, Australia and Master of Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global.


  Erwin Chong
Past Singapore Chapter Chair

Erwin Chong is currently the Head of Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Administration for DBS Bank Ltd. DBS is a leading financial services group in Asia, with over 250 branches across 15 markets. Headquartered and listed in Singapore, DBS is a market leader in Singapore with over four million customers and also has a growing presence in the three key Asian axes of growth, namely, Greater China, Southeast Asia and South Asia. 
Erwin manages all corporate real estate owned or leased properties across all markets and regions the bank operates in, and manages a team of 80 professionals in Real Estate strategy and transactions, project management and facilities management. Erwin was previously with Citi, for 9 years, and was the head of its Singapore Corporate Real Estate team. Prior to Citi, Erwin was a project manager with Jones Lang LaSalle in Singapore.

    Desmond Chee 
Singapore Vice Chapter Chair

Desmond has worked in Banking Institutes for the past 10 years managing their premises. 

Desmond join DBS in Q4 2013, heads the DBS FM Operations with Singapore FM Head and also advises Regional DBS CRESA teams on FM Strategy, Standards, and Engineering matters.

Evvanna Chua 

Evvanna Chua is Hub Leader for the team of transaction managers in Singapore for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services. Evvanna comes with an extensive background in corporate real estate, having spent more than ten years with IBM and Microsoft managing their corporate real estate in Asia Pacific as well as performing a service-provider role for other multi-national clients. She is also responsible for managing and developing client relationships for key regional corporate accounts across Asia Pacific. This also includes managing and ensuring effective service delivery across service lines to provide a seamless integrated solution and drive value for C&W clients.


  Grit Henoch 
Young Leader Chair

Grit is currently working at Interface as Global Account Director APAC. 
Grit has a diverse background and is a global citizen with over 9 years of experience in commercial functions across Europe, MEA and Asia. She is an Account Management expert and has a strong conviction that the key to building and retaining clientele is engaging in rightful business practices keeping in view she has a background in US-FCPA and Due Diligence. 


Vikey Hogan

I specialise in future-focused workplace solutions ensuring they remain affordable, flexible, and sustainable. I anticipate clients’ needs and translate into contemporary, innovative tailored-design solutions. I advise space planning solutions and coordinate country project managers and external consultants/ vendors to meet users’ space utilisation needs. I have proven track record of supporting Agile Working implementation and change management.

I present project solutions to executive level and have experience in senior stakeholders management. I deliver consistently successful solutions while handle large project design management, negotiation, re-design and draw up SOW for new and re-stacked support models on a global business level.
    Anoma Behal Baste
Events Program

A long term member of CoreNet Global and contributor to CoreNet Global’s Essential Guide to Corporate Real Estate, Anoma has spectacular exposure and understanding of international markets, current market trends, branding as well as a client’s business needs. These are strengths that support her role at Space Matrix. Her ability to create solutions and strategies in keeping with current and future workplace trends through her understanding of organisations and to their changing business needs makes her a key asset. She has an extremely demanding role where she leads the International Client Solutions team in the Asia-Pacific region.
An INSEAD business school alumni, Anoma initially trained as an architect in Mumbai. She believes that architecture is the foundation for all creative professions. She followed this up by becoming a LEED-AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional). Since then she never looked back. When Anoma moved to Singapore office in 2007, she had already run her own architecture, interior and graphic design practice in India, working on urban planning projects, research and with NGOs dealing with advanced locality management. As if that wasn’t enough, Anoma has also taught architecture at the university level and has authored numerous articles for international journals.  

Kenneth Teknion

Kenneth has 10 years of experience in contract furnishing  with various manufacturers local and abroad. Well versed in contractual knowledge and financial analysis, within the construction industry. With an eye for detail, Kenneth is meticulous in handling client requirements and manage their expectations of project deliveries. Armed with strong communication skills, he is able to communicate through all levels.

Being born and bred in Singapore, Kenneth has been exposed to a multi-cultural environment, giving him much success in his regional work.

Jessica Tan

Jessica heads up the Real Estate Transaction & Strategy group for United Technologies Corporation (UTC) in Asia Pacific. UTC is a global leader in building systems and aerospace industries, combining performance with innovation to create smart, sustainable solutions that help make cities greener, people more secure and travel more efficient. Head quartered in Connecticut and listed in the NYSE, UTC has over 190,000 employees in more than 180 countries. Managing a portfolio of 18Msft with a lean team of 5, Jessica has oversight on all real estate transactions across Asia Pacific. Prior to UTC, Jessica was Facility Manager for Quintiles SEA, Korea & Australasia. Jessica started her real estate career with the service providers and was an integral member of the Transaction Management team.”

Suhan Goh

As a Designer and Educator over a span of 20 years. Suhan has made it her mission to push the boundaries of design and bridge the gap between practice and theory; connecting industry and education, practitioners and students, through the unique collaborative channels that she created in the process.

Her extensive 15-year research in Design as a Method of Thinking which completed in 2012 and presented in 6 international education research conferences including Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore between 2009-2014, contributed largely in the ideation processes in all her collaborative design initiatives.

To date, Suhan, in her role as Senior Lecturer at Temasek Poly School of Design has led her team of 3 other tutors in successfully completing a range of collaborative initiatives with support from partners such as DBS Bank Ltd, Space Matrix, The Peoples Association, MMoser, Studio HBA, Bloomberg, Wilkhahn, Waldmann, Stylecraft, Haworth, Shaw, and SIA-Archifest.

Finally, in her recent venture as the Founder of TheNode, she continues to pursue synergistic connections between industry and education.
